What is your return policy?

Return shipping is always FREE and HASSLE-FREE. If you're not happy, we're not happy! We'll do whatever we can to make it better or fix the issue!

Our simple conditions for returns:

1. All returns must be received within 30 days of the receipt of the order.
2. Product must not be damaged, washed or altered and must be returned with all original packaging.

Our local returns process (applies to the US & Singapore):

1. Call our friendly Gurus at +1 (415) 633-6815 or email them with your order number and the email used to place the order.
2. We’ll arrange a pick-up at your doorstep for returns within the US & Singapore. No more filling forms or going to the post office.

Our international returns process:

One day we would like to provide free international returns once customs and import issues are resolved. However, at present, we cannot pay for return shipment internationally. Nevertheless, our gurus are here to serve you and value the relationship with each of our customers. They will find the best way to have the product returned to us. How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Once we receive the item and all contents are verified, we refund the money to the same credit card the same day or the next working day. It may take 3-5 business days to show up on your credit card. We value your business and our Gurus are here to serve you. Contact the Gurus!

What is your exchange policy?

You can exchange the item for any other item or for a future store credit, which never expires. No additional cost for shipping another item to you (domestic orders).
